From developing programs for our residents, helping with facility projects, engaging with Children’s Services, joining a committee, organizing donations, hosting supply drives and more – Coburn Place volunteers make our world go around. Your skills can change lives.

Individual Volunteer Opportunities

Here are some volunteer opportunities that are available on a regular basis. If you have a different skill you’d like to share, please email Drew LaCroix. We’d love to hear your ideas!

  • Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping
  • Assist with children’s activities
  • Assist with administrative projects
  • Organize donations
  • Plan, supervise and set up for special events
  • Help adult residents with GED study

Depending on the needs and requests of our families, we occasionally have special opportunities.

How to Sign Up

Please fill out the volunteer application. We’ll contact you for a short interview. Once you have a background check and attend an orientation, you’ll be good to go!

Group Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is a great way for your group to build your team and inspire camaraderie while giving back to your community. It’s great for families and friends as well. We have wonderful opportunities for you to make a difference for someone in need.
