We believe everyone deserves a safe home and that safe homes grow bright futures. This strategic plan is ambitious and what is needed to ensure survivors come out of Coburn Place with strength and confidence to move their futures forward. We also want to make sure their children are equipped to break the cycle of violence for their families.
We set out to create an actionable, tactical, relevant plan we could weave into the way we already work. We also wanted measurables that made sense. Partners and supporters guided this work at every stage, and most importantly, survivors told us what was working well, what wasn’t, and what they needed.
We are committed to reimagining and evolving – learning and adjusting along the way. Change is constant, and we developed strategies to support that.
This plan is the North Star of the Coburn Place we wish to be. Only together can we make our community safer and families stronger.
